If you wish to help support the ongoing costs of running this blog and you haven't purchased anything through Amazon on this site, please consider a small donation to defray basic costs. It isn't free to me to keep this site current. I have to pay for bandwidth, costs of duplicating documents when they exist only in paper form, and keep printer ink around to read lengthy documents, and the time to do the research. Thank you. I Will Survive

This is dedicated to all PERS members and retirees and is our collective "finger" to PERS.

Thanks - that was hilarious!

EXCELLENT. I attached a nice big finger and forwarded to all my active and retired PERS buds.

Thanks Marc.

This refers back to an older post: maybe Judge Kantor decided not to make a decision because he would have been caught in a conflict of interest, if, in fact his spouse is a public school teacher and will get a PERS pension one day. He could benefit from the pension. I wonder why he didn't just recuse himself from the case. Now it's a moot point I guess.

Judge Kantor offered to recuse himself at the original hearing. All parties encouraged him to remain on the case. Both he and his wife are PERS members.
