The individual can send an Estimated Tax payment for *2016* to the Oregon Department of Revenue (include your SSN, full name and the tax year). One advantage of doing it this way, you have the 'extra' money to make the payment in the check or deposit for this month. If you check your November deposit history, you will probably notice a small (under $1000) deposit made to your account on November 14, 2015, and a higher benefit than for November 1 deposited on December 1. This represents the fully adjusted COLA for the years 2013, 2014, and 2015.
